BIO
Carl J. Montante III
Carl first learned the power of networking from a very early age. For Carl, it came very easily for him. He was curious, he liked linking people together, and he enjoyed introducing his network to others. Over the last 10+ years of his networking career, he has used his skills to create opportunities, land business dealings, help others, and grow his network to a number that he cannot even begin to quantify.

As someone who has seen, first hand, the power of networking, Carl wants to teach his skills to people all over the world so that they too, can leverage their network and connections for not only their own benefit, but for the benefit of others as well.

Carl left Cincinnati, Ohio in August 2018 to enroll in CU Boulder's Masters of Real Estate Program. Throughout his time in Colorado, Carl networked with CU Boulder alumni and other real estate professionals that helped him land his role as Portfolio Manager at D. Alexander.
While attending Xavier University, Carl set his sights on one company in particular to work for, Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC). With persistence and determination (and great networking of course), Carl landed his dream job before graduating with his BSBA in Finance.
Carl is still very involved with Canisius High School. Helping coach both the Varsity Soccer and Squash teams, he enjoys being able to give back to the school in his own way and helping to mentor the young men of CHS is a great added bonus.
